10,187 km through all 47 mainland provinces without repeating any, in 29 on-road stages. Average ~350 km per day (some days ~200 km, others up to ~500 km): tarmac, touring pace, and time for landscapes and food.
La Ruta 47 ON ROAD can be defined as Spain's ultimate motorcycle route: a 10,187-kilometre journey divided into 29 stages that crosses all 47 provinces of peninsular Spain… without repeating any. Although the challenge may seem demanding, it is designed to be fully achievable. The average per stage is around 350 km—a comfortable distance to enjoy riding without rushing—though some days can reach 500 km and others stay around 200 km. Each stage is planned so that, with brief stops, you can discover unique landscapes, iconic monuments, and corners full of history. La Ruta 47 also proposes arriving before 7:00 p.m. at each destination, allowing you to rest and enjoy every city at your own pace. The route makes the most of Spain's road network: from the Pyrenees to the Galician coast, through the Castilian plateau, the Alpujarra of Granada, the Monegros, and a constant mix of coast and mountains—all accompanied by world-renowned gastronomy. An experience designed not only to travel… but to live the road like never before.
