WHAT IS LA RUTA 47?
When what matters is the road. The feel of the ride, the stops along the way, the pleasure of riding and the freedom in the wind are what make a great motorcycle trip. Beyond weekend runs, track days or rallies, a big tour is the promise many riders make when they first get on a bike. Spain has it all for riding: scenery, great roads, coast, mountains, deserts, food and the freedom to eat and sleep almost where and when you like. In recent years our country has become one of the top destinations for European motorcyclists. La Ruta 47 is that big challenge: ride through all 47 mainland Spanish provinces without repeating any, on about 10,000 km planned in two versions.

Do I need a passport to participate?
The official passport unlocks tracks, community, PSR stamping, gallery and a completion diploma. Public routes and stages can be explored without it.
What is the difference between ON ROAD and OFF ROAD?
ON ROAD follows paved roads in 29 stages (~350 km/day). OFF ROAD uses trails in 47 stages (~225 km/day) for trail and enduro bikes.
Can I ride stage by stage?
Yes. Each province has a detailed stage with maps, distances, points of interest and recommendations.
